We are expanding our operations in the Port Stephens Region and are seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our team in the Anna Bay area.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a tower crane on active construction sites, supporting the delivery of multi‑storey residential and refurbishment projects. This role suits someone who is proactive, safety‑focused and able to work closely with site management and trades.
Key Responsibilities

Operate tower crane safely and efficiently in accordance with WHS legislation and site procedures

Lift, move and position materials, equipment and structural components

Conduct daily pre‑start checks, logbooks and equipment inspections

Work closely with dogmen, riggers and site supervisors to coordinate lifts

Maintain clear communication via radio and hand signals

Assist with general site duties when required

Skills & Experience

High Risk Work Licence – Tower Crane (CT) – mandatory

Dogging (DG) or Rigging (RB/RI) licence highly regarded

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating tower cranes on commercial or multi‑residential projects

Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and load charts

Ability to work as part of a coordinated site team

Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards of workmanship
