The Role 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take hands-on ownership of contract administration across live projects including:

• Let trades and manage subcontractor packages

• Prepare and process progress claims and invoices

• Develop scopes of work and specifications

• Manage material and contractor tenders and tender packages

• Assist with budgets, financial programming and cost reports

• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants

• Support time, quality and cost control across projects

About You

You will have demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator (or similar) who has worked in Commercial or Multi-Residential Construction. This role offers the support, mentoring and project exposure to help you continue your professional growth.
