About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Manager Integrity role possesses exciting opportunities to provide high level strategic leadership and direction to the portfolios of Risk and Assurance, Governance, Strategic Procurement and CEO & Councillor support. As a senior manager you have the opportunity to shape the future of Manningham playing a vital role in further developing our capacity in the above portfolios through a collaborative, people focused approach. You will be supported by an engaged, cohesive Council and work closely with other senior managers and the Executive team.

We are seeking a high performing leader who wants to shape positive and inclusive outcomes for our community. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while developing and testing new ideas within a culture of learning to deliver excellent outcomes for Manningham.

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience across the relevant portfolios, experience in providing leadership and strategic direction to a multidisciplinary team. Someone with experience in the provision and management of governance, risk, procurement, contract management, Council support services and the legislative frameworks that underpin these activities.
