The role

As a Technology Transformation Business Lead, you will play a key role in our ongoing Business Transformation Program, working on implementing a new Property & Rating module within our cutting-edge TechnologyOne CIAnywhere Enterprise Resource Planning suite.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive project schedules, and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Your strategic responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the Compliance, Planning & Building module in the Technology One solution, including decision making on assigned deliverables.
  • Act as an interface between the Program and MidCoast Council, lead engagement of broader identified resources throughout the implementation to facilitate expected program, module, and organisational outcomes.
  • Identify, oversee and support the design, configuration, testing and training of new processes and systems that deliver the Technology One compliance solution functionality and expected outcomes.
  • Challenge the status quo of, and identify current policies, processes and practices that require improved outcomes and an overhaul for consideration of the customer’s experience.
  • Oversee and guide the review and updating of policies, practices, and other implications of implementing improved process and system design.

Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: 18-month contract, Full Time.

Remuneration will be based on skills and experience. A competitive salary will be discussed with the successful candidate.
