The building has been named ‘Yalawanyi Ganya’ which means “sitting/meeting place” in the Gathang language of the indigenous people across the MidCoast Region.
The role & you
If you have experience operating small to medium size plant (Excavators, concrete saws, jack hammers) this could be the role for you. Sitting within the Community Spaces division, you’ll work with a great team as you deliver safe and efficient cemetery operations for our community. If you have an MR Licence, Excavator Ticket (up to 4.5 tonne) and would like to join a great organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
The package: Commencing salary package circa $49,200 p.a. plus superannuation.
An Adverse Working Condition Allowance of $16.70 pw applies to this position.
Location: Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the MidCoast Council Depot located at 36 Arkwright Crescent Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.
