Communications Support Officer

The role

MidCoast Council’s Communication, Engagement and Marketing team has an opportunity for a Communications Support Officer to support the team by providing administrative support. Duties include inbox management, content updates across our website platforms, monitoring website feedback and triaging customer requests for action. The role will also have a focus on delivering high quality customer service to internal stakeholders.

Your ability to understand and navigate content management systems coupled with strong organisational skills will be integral in supporting our team to deliver accurate and engaging content for our diverse audiences.

Salary: Starting salary $60,950 plus superannuation (negotiable based on skills and experience).

Location: This position will be based at our Administration Centre in Yalawanyi Ganya at 2 Biripi Way, Taree. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.

Closing date: Sunday 29 September 2024 at 11.30 pm.
