The role & you

The Audience Development & Commercial Enterprise Officer is responsible for strategic development of new audiences for Council’s cultural services. This role drives cross-function collaboration, with a key driver to “commercialise” the Arts and Cultural Services and identify new audiences. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing and point of sale systems, audience development and promotional package arrangements.

This position is responsible for implementing Council policies and procedures and promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging for audiences and visitors. This position works collaboratively, builds strong relationships across all Council teams and the local community.

The package: Commencing salary $72,540 plus superannuation.

Location: Your normal place of work will be the Taree Maning Entertainment Centre.

Tenure: Permanent Full Time, 35 hours a week.
