Industrial Relations Advisor
The role: This position sits within the Human Resources Department of MidCoast Council and is responsible for working in partnership with the organisation to deliver high quality people outcomes. The position is predominantly responsible for the management of grievances, disputes, complex disciplinary processes, undertaking workplace investigations and providing high quality advice on IR matters.
The package: Commencing salary from circa: $71,250 gross p.a. to 75,700 gross p.a. based on qualifications, skills and experience. (Grade 9 of the MidCoast Council Salary System 2018) plus superannuation.
Location: The successful applicant will be required to work at MidCoast Council's Forster Office, located at 16 Breese Parade, Forster. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites.
Tenure: Permanent Full Time.
