The role: This position is responsible for providing high quality administrative, office management and engineering support to the Manager of Operations South using prescribed standards and current technology to meet both internal and external customer needs and statutory requirements.

This role will see you acting as a positive point of contact to ensure all internal and external customers are provided with a superior customer service experience as well as working closely with cross divisional managers and the customer and business relations team to deliver on business objectives. 

About you: You are an experienced administrator who approaches tasks with energy and enthusiasm and who always puts the customer and community at the heart of everything you do. You are highly capable of problem solving and developing workable solutions.

The package

  • Permanent Full Time, 38 hour week
  • Annual Salary commencing circa $61,000.00 plus superannuation 
  • 9.5% superannuation

Location

Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the Tuncurry Depot Office located at Grey Gum Road, Tuncurry. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.
