The Opportunity
As part of the Transformation Office, this role supports delivery of the workplace transformation plan, ensuring readiness of the organisation's future ways of working in relation to customer and people experience.
The role focuses on driving people change, including engagement and communication with project teams, SME’s, staff, people leaders and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the change management working group, maintaining the master change schedule and reporting to the Transformation Steering Committee.
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans, identifying and managing dependencies across different workstreams.
- Develop cohesive role plans and activity plans.
- Support sponsors to perform their roles effectively, managing risks and leveraging opportunities.
- Create and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes and ways of working.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Extensive experience in change management, with relevant qualifications and ideally Prosci certified
- Demonstrated experience in supporting, engaging and influencing key stakeholders including project teams, SME’s, staff, people leaders and sponsors.
- Highly experienced in leading the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans, identifying and managing dependencies across different workstreams.
- Ability to create high level written reports and communications, including status reports, plans and committee presentations.
