Salary Range $96,640 - $108,020 per annum + 10% Super + RDO

We are looking to fill two positions for the role of Business Analyst (Development & Construction).
As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for delivering exciting technology initiatives that positively impact the organisation and the community it serves. You will have the opportunity to be involved in some great innovative projects and work with enthusiastic staff from across the organisation to aid in your success. This role sits within the Architecture and Strategy team and it is also expected that you will become a key member of the business engagement team liaising strongly with the council business units for Development and Construction.
- Analyse requirements and identify solutions
- Develop business cases for projects and initiatives
- Be a business partner for the Development and Construction business units
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to help develop the technology strategy
- Work with the IT architects to help define solutions
- Be involved with the delivery of projects through the entire lifecycle
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in business analysis and agile delivery techniques
- Be able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- A business or information technology-related tertiary qualification and certifications
- Knowledge of solutions and industry trends within the development and construction industry
- Knowledge of business domains such as but not limited to planning services, city design, engineering, environment and waste, maintenance and operations
