- Salary: $72k - $76k + Super (pro rata)
- Ability to transfer or take LSL (Long Service Leave) within Local Government

About the role
Reporting to the Events and Facilities Team Leader, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including:
- Set up catering and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners
- Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set-up
- Assist with maintenance of the Client Floor
- Collaboratively work with the Facilities Team to understand requirements
- Assist with troubleshooting and escalation as required
- Adhere to all council policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S
Skills and experience require to perform the role
- Demonstrated experience in working within a local government or similar environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage one’s own time and work to achieve the set daily operational outcomes of Council’s Facilities Unit
- Previous experience in a similar related field of work.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering services on time.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Capability to undertake the role of Fire Warden
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
