This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your skills in the area of Asset Management and Engineering to provide safe and reliable infrastructure assets across Council.

What You’ll Be Working On
This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the Engineering or Property Management area to lead a team of professionals managing Mosman’s extensive building portfolio.
You will be overseeing Council’s ongoing property maintenance and capital works as well as driving sustainable and innovative building management practices.
You will also have the opportunity to drive operational business improvements in the team whilst liaising with other business units.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Property Management.
You will have a minimum of seven years in a property or engineering field with some management experience.
You will have competent knowledge and experience in the management of property, in particular building assets and be adept at contact management and project management.
In addition to the above, you will hold a valid NSW Construction White Card.
