Due to changes in the team, an opportunity has become available for a passionate, motivated and experienced Loan Assessor to join the MOVE team.

Working as part of our Support Services team you will be able to draw on your depth of experience in order to drive process improvement and the delivery of exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Assessing all loan applications within policy and lending authority, including mortgages, personal loans, car loans and overdrafts
• Approval of loans ready for documentation
• Making recommendations to Team Leader/Management regarding loan applications outside of lending authority
• Conducting employment verifications as required
• Conducting CRAA checks
• Ordering property valuations and review for suitability when received
• Conducting title searches
• Submission of applications to mortgage insurers as required
• Loans administration
• Assessing broker introduced lending
• Working closely with our Frontline staff including the opportunity to provide training and mentoring to new and existing frontline staff to better understanding the loan assessment process

 The Perfect Fit

 To be considered for this position you will need a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar Loans Assessment role.
