About the role

As a Floor Attendant, your objective is to cultivate an atmosphere where there is a continuous flow of enjoyable moments, transforming the guest experience to another level. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, precision and collaboration will play a vital role in shaping the continued success of Mr Percival’s.

What we’re looking for:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential.
• Host or food and beverage experience is essential. 
• Valid Queensland RSA is essential.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player.
• Assist with guest requests and requirements.

Responsibilites:

• Ensure all meals are delivered in a timely manner and to the correct tables.
• Understand all dietaries on the menu and be able to communicate these with guests.
• Track guest satisfaction with all meals and communicate feedback with waiters.
• Keep the kitchen and waiters’ stations stocked and clean.
• Responsible for the guest experience from being seated until the guest leaves.
• Build rapport with guests and build long lasting loyalty.
• Ensure the four touch points are adhered to with every table.
