Food & Beverage Attendants play a vital role in shaping the guest experience at Mr Percival’s. As the face of the venue, you’ll bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction from greeting guests to delivering memorable service throughout their visit. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a vibrant environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional hospitality moments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create warm, genuine first impressions and deliver exceptional service across all areas of the venue.
• Maintain strong food and beverage knowledge to confidently recommend products and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across tables, bars, and service areas.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating to management when required, while consistently upholding RSA and food safety standards.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture by assisting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring guest satisfaction remains the top priority.

What we’re looking for:

• Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is essential
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced venues is highly regarded
• Ability to work late finishes (up to 1am)
• A natural passion for hospitality and guest experience — training will be provided
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong work ethic
• A valid Queensland RSA
