Our Personal Helpers and Mentors Employment (PHaMs Employment) program is looking for an unique people to join the team as they work along side our clients, supporting them to achieve their employment goals.
Your role as a Community Support Worker is critical in helping our clients to achieve success, often calling on you to use your innovation and flexibility to get the job done.
This is a Full-time position, with vacancies at our Gosford and Guildford Offices.
No two days are alike, but every day is rewarding! You will be responsible for:
- Working with a case load of clients to achieve identified employment goals;
- Providing individual support to clients;
- Completing detailed notes on client progress and achievements;
- Contributing the team projects and reporting on program success.
Our ideal person will have:
- A passion to help people;
- Hands on work experience working with people with mental health issues, with a focus on employment
- Qualifications, or a willingness to study, in Mental Health
- A can do attitude and a professional approach to working as a part of a team.

As this role provides support to clients in their community, all our CSW’s must have a valid drivers licence and successfully complete a Australian Federal Police Check prior to commencing with us.
