About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and driven Senior Therapist to lead a team of allied health professionals from our office in Canberra. As a Senior Therapist your specialist practice will compliment that of our team in the field of Psychology, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy. 

The Team Leader role is also complimented by the addition of a Practice Coach, a skilled practitioner who supports and coach staff to develop their skills and practice under Noah’s Ark Key Worker model. As a leadership team, together you will ensure quality practice for families and the strength of our service as an NDIS service provider. 

This is a Level 3, full-time fixed term position until Mid-Oct 2020. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience, plus superannuation (Part-time 0.4EFT will be considered).
