Is this the role for you?
- A keen interest in IT systems, technology, and problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Strong focus on providing excellent service to internal users and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accurate records of IT support activities.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and support methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior IT staff to resolve issues and deliver excellent IT support.
Essential criteria
- Completion of year 10 schooling education
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Interest in pursuing a career in IT support, networking, or system administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience or exposure to IT support functions or help desk environments
- Familiarity with common IT systems (e.g., Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory)
- Basic scripting or programming experience is an advantage

Salary details
Salary from: $24,429 to $62,358 pa + 11.5% superannuation + $1,000 transport allowance pa
35 hours per week with access to flexi time
