The role
We are seeking a motivated Business Support Officer to join our friendly and collaborative Business Support team on a temporary parental leave contract. This role offers a varied and dynamic workload, providing essential administrative support to the Planning and Environment Division, with a focus on Environment and Building Compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Environment and building records, and maintaining accurate information across internal software systems, including ECM (Ci Anywhere) and Authority (Civica).
Key responsibilities include updating internal systems, raising invoices and certificates, creating compliance investigation cases, and allocating these cases to compliance officers. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service and supporting a range of general administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. It offers a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a supportive and collaborative team.

Salary range: $73,088 to $87,273 pa + 12% superannuation + $1,000 pa transport allowance
35 hours per week with access to flexi time
Temporary Contract to approximately February 2027
