Expressions of Interest: North Sydney Fee for Service – Consultant List for Certification Services

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Certifiers to be included in our internal consultant list to support Council’s Fire and Certification Services.

This list will assist staff in identifying and engaging experienced professionals to provide technical assessments in circumstances where Council receives the following Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 applications:

  • Complying Development Certificates
  • Construction Certificates
  • Occupation Certificates
  • Subdivision Certificates
  • Subdivision Works Certificates
  • Appointment as Principal Certifier.
  • Building Information Certificate.
  • Fire Safety Matters

 

About the Internal Consultant List
This is not a public or standing panel, nor does inclusion guarantee engagement. The purpose of the list is to maintain a pool of certifiers that Council staff may contact directly for quotations and engagement as required. Services will be engaged on a fee-for-service basis in accordance with Council procurement procedures.

  • A current CV or company profile
  • Areas of expertise and qualifications
  • Availability and location
  • Standard fee schedule (hourly/day rates, including GST)
  • Contact details for two professional referees
