The role
A unique opportunity to join the Library Experience team at Stanton Library and help shape the future of service provision and customer experience. In this role you will initiate and deliver projects to improve service delivery, customer experience, technology and access across all areas of the library, and support the smooth operation of library technology, digital services and the Library Management System.
You will also contribute to community engagement activities, and support staff development through training, coaching and the sharing of knowledge.
The person
You are a forward-thinking and customer-focused library professional with a passion for creating accessible, inclusive and innovative library services. Combining strong digital skills with a solid understanding of public library practice, you are comfortable working with emerging technologies, analysing service data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, engaging with the community, and delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving community needs.

Salary Range from: $85,554 to $102,155 per annum + $1,000 pa transport allowance + 12% superannuation
35 hours per week with access to Flexi time
