The role
A rare opportunity for an experienced full-time Librarian to join the Programs and Outreach team at Stanton Library. This role is responsible for planning and delivering a diverse, innovative and inclusive schedule of library programs and outreach activities.
Play an important role in delivering our flagship Writers @ Stanton author talk series, engaging school outreach and education programs, and supporting a diverse range of community groups that connect people with learning, culture and creativity.
The person
You are a creative and community-minded library professional with a passion for developing programs that inspire learning, connection and participation. Experienced in events and building networks, you thrive on bringing people together through engaging cultural, educational and literary experiences.
You are highly organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple projects, partnerships and stakeholders, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and accessibility.
With excellent communication skills, digital confidence and a collaborative approach, you enjoy identifying new opportunities to connect with diverse audiences and deliver programs that enrich community life and strengthen engagement with library services.

Salary Range from: $85,554 to $102,155 per annum + $1,000 pa transport allowance + 12% superannuation
35 hours per week with access to Flexi time
