Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator - Inbound Call Centre -

 

                             We are currently seeking a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator for our Noble Park office.

About the role

As a Dispatch & Logistics coordinator you will work with a team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to effectively allocating jobs to Tow Truck Operators (TTOs) to allow the best possible level of service to be provided to customers, ensuring our customers receive timely service every time. You will all so be responsible for ensuring end to end delivery and maintenance of the highest level.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls with exceptional level of customer service.
  • Liaising over the phone with customers and answer queries;
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls;
  • Proactively maintaining a positive can-do relationship with customers and ensure regular communication in a timely manner;
  • Attend to emails for job bookings and or quotes in a timely manner;
  • Ensure timely manner of job allocation in consultation with the other team members;
  • Support customer service queries and providing updates and ETAs.
  • Managing and handling all customer enquiries, quotes and job bookings;
  • Effectively allocating jobs to Tow Truck Operators.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in a contact centre, or within a similar setting
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Tech savvy; quick to learn new programs;                                                                                           
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all types of customers;
  • Experience in a high paced environment;
  • Sound judgement, high level of accuracy and critical thinking;
  • Ability, meet KPIs, use initiative, and be resourceful;
  • Ability to prioritise, in a busy environment;
  • Adaptable nature and ability to work as a team in a support role.
  • Passion for exceeding customer service expectations.
