About the role
Now is the time to get onboard! We are currently looking for an experienced and committed Workshop Supervisor to lead our heavy fleet team at Noble Park, ensuring the fleet is safe, serviced and maintained to our standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role that will see the incumbent conduct maintenance and servicing activities on our fleet of trucks while contributing experience and expertise to a team that includes trade qualified staff and apprentices.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Supervising the team and providing technical expertise and direction for workshop staff
  • Assisting in the procurement/purchasing of fleet vehicles and parts
  • Assisting in the disposal and replacement of fleet vehicles
  • Ensuring that all third-party repairs meet our requirements and standards
  • Assisting with fleet related invoices and payments
  • Assisting in coordinating new fleet commissions for national distribution
  • Conducting mechanical repairs when required

Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in workshop supervision 
  • Experience in equipment and heavy vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing
  • A heavy vehicle licence is desirable
  • Technical or tertiary qualification in fleet maintenance will be well regarded.
