About the role
Now is the time to get onboard! We are currently looking for an experienced and committed Technical Trainer to deliver, monitor and evaluate training requirements for our new and existing Roadside Assistance Patrols, ensuring they are safe and competent.  
In this challenging but rewarding role, you will be required to work flexible hours to cover Patrols on shift in the morning and evening.

Based at our office in Wangara, the role involves:

  • Developing effective induction and training packages in relation to operational needs and legislative requirements
  • Ensuring induction and training packages are effectively delivered to all new Patrols and periodic refresher training is delivered to current Patrols where indicated by incidents and continuous improvement cases (CIC)
  • Investigating and resolving complaints, incidents and CICs efficiently and accurately within an acceptable timeframe with a focus on risk mitigation, issue prevention and continuous improvement 
  • Ensuring records are maintained for all induction, training, and audits performed
  • Producing reports as required by Management
  • Issuing uniform and equipment as required

Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Mechanical Qualification or Auto Electric Qualification
  • Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training will be highly regarded
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven experience in training and coaching trade qualified staff 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation
