Customer Service Officer - Inbound Call Centre Support   -NO COLD CALLING-

 We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Contact Centre Operator in Melbourne

·Immediate Start
·$25 - $30 per hour plus superannuation

About the role

This is not your average Call centre job! Our fun and friendly call centre offers a challenging and varied role where every day is different.

The environment is fast-paced and busy, and the dispatch team is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive timely service every time.

Duties and responsibilities
·Respond to inbound telephone calls
·Support customer service queries and providing updates and ETAs
·Planning and dispatching tow trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads.
·Providing the highest level of customer service and communication
·Answering customer calls, service queries

 Skills & Experience                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

       The Successful candidate will have experience in Customer Service, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.                                             

Furthermore, you will have:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to communicate and work well with all types of internal and external customers.
Experience in a high paced environment
Proficient/clear communication skills
Proficient with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems
