About the Role
This is a pivotal role in the NDIS business teams ensuring that all processes and scheduling for NDIS clients.
Key responsibilities include accurate, timely and compliant implementation of:
- Service Agreements
- Service Bookings
- Skedulo
- Reports
- Investigation of claim rejections, data integrity issues and unpaid accounts
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- An understanding of the NDIS
- Relevant tertiary qualifications to Diploma level or higher, and/or equivalent relevant work experience
- Excellent IT competence with Microsoft programs, Client Management Systems, Finance systems, Electronic timesheet and HRIS
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, with high volume workflow and within clear timeframes
- Sound skills in team collaboration and interpersonal communication
