About the Role

This is a pivotal role in the NDIS business teams ensuring that all processes and scheduling for NDIS clients.

Key responsibilities include accurate, timely and compliant implementation of:

  • Service Agreements
  • Service Bookings
  • Skedulo
  • Reports
  • Investigation of claim rejections, data integrity issues and unpaid accounts

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • An understanding of the NDIS
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications to Diploma level or higher, and/or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent IT competence with Microsoft programs, Client Management Systems, Finance systems, Electronic timesheet and HRIS
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, with high volume workflow and within clear timeframes
  • Sound skills in team collaboration and interpersonal communication
