Outsourced is a leading BPO with offices in Manila, Cebu and Sydney. The company has employed 50 staff in the last 12 months and is looking to do the same over the following year. Clients are predominantly from Australia though interest is growing from around the globe.

What are the requirements?
- Prefer front-end experience over backend (Senior front, mid-level back)
- Zend Framework / PHP (Sort of expected if you know Magento / Certified)
- Skilled in frontend optimisation for page load
- GIT Version Control
- jQuery
- Confident with responsive development
- HTML5/CSS3 familiar
- Require portfolio of recent work (Responsive portfolio items also please) and the role they played in the project.
- Copy of their Magento Certification (if available)
- Working with a growing Magento Team
- Someone who takes initiative with projects and can stick to deadlines.
