About the Role
The Operations team is seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the vacant position of Relief Resource Coordinator, this role is to effectively coordinate the resource requirements for the GPC to meet the daily Shiploading and Unloading operational targets.
Reporting to Terminal Supervisor’s and working in a dedicated team, you will be accountable for maximising production through the allocation of resources.
In addition, you will:
- Allocate tasks and organise crew members;
- Ensure labour availability for shipping movements;
- Ability to adapt to changing work plans and demands;
- Extensive knowledge of site plant and equipment;
- Capability to use scheduling tools and other computer-based programs;
- Operate equipment at appropriate times or relieve the process coordinator roles.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication skills and be reliable, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities, you will also have a strong personal commitment to safety.
