About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our team at the Liverpool Fresh Bakery. 
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this diverse role will see you managing a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, playing a key part in the efficient operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide administrative support to the Liverpool Fresh Operations team. 
•    Raise and process Purchase Orders, supplier orders, and supplier reconciliations.
•    Organise and maintain databases, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
•    Manage various scheduled and ad-hoc production and operations reports.
•    Assist in managing production rostering, schedules, payroll system data/timesheets.
•    Provide support in the coordination of employee recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training activities.
•    Coordinate staff events, manage the Health and Safety Register, and assist the Operations Team with incident reports and investigation record-keeping.
•    Perform ad-hoc general administrative duties and provide Reception cover when required.

•    Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
•    Superior attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
•    Proactiveness and a can-do attitude.
•    Excellent time management and written & verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work efficiently and effectively using initiative.
•    Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
•    Proficiency in relevant IT skills such as MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word); working knowledge of systems like MS Great Plains or Kronos will be advantageous.
•    Strong organizational skills and self-confidence.
