We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing Accounting & Business Advisory team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, review complex work and support the development of the next generation of accountants. 

You’ll work closely with business owners across a diverse client base, providing trusted accounting, taxation and advisory support while helping clients navigate challenges, identify opportunities and achieve their goals.

The Opportunity 

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional accounting, taxation and business advisory services while providing oversight and guidance across a portfolio of clients. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships 

• Reviewing BAS and IAS returns and ensuring compliance obligations are met 

• Advising clients on technical matters including CGT, GST and Division 7A 

• Preparing and reviewing management reports, board packs and business performance insights 

• Taking ownership of a portfolio of client relationships and acting as a key point of contact 

• Supporting business owners with strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives 

• Reviewing and supervising technical work completed by junior team members 

• Coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of junior accountants 

• Identifying opportunities to add value and drive exceptional client outcomes 

• Collaborating across Prime’s divisions to deliver integrated client outcomes and support business growth 

About You 

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded accountant who combines strong technical capability with confident client and team leadership. 

You’ll bring: 

• Completed CA or CPA qualification 

• At least 5 years’ experience in public practice accounting 

• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and portfolios 

• Experience reviewing technical work and guiding junior team members 

• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge 

• Experience across tax, compliance, business advisory and/or outsourced CFO services 

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills 

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset 

• Experience within a mid-tier or similar professional services environment will be highly regarded
