In this true generalist role, you will provide coaching, advice and support to our leaders and employees across the full employment life cycle. More about the role:
- Partner closely with leaders, providing coaching, guidance and support on all P&C matters
- Help leaders to understand staff engagement results and action plan to drive positive cultural change
- Provide change management support to leaders and teams
- Help embed our new Check In process, coaching leaders to get the most out of these valuable conversations
- Provide end to end talent acquisition support, taking into consideration future workforce planning requirements, succession planning, talent management and career development of current employees
- Champion our Graduate Recruitment process
- Help to facilitate key capability programs such as Leadership 101, our Values and Behaviours workshop and Corporate Induction
- Deliver a range of P&C projects aligned to our P&C Strategic plan, to support positive cultural change, business growth and workplace improvement
- Provide operational P&C advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, Employee Relations and disciplinary matters
About you:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a P&C Generalist or Business Partner
- Sound understanding of HR policies, employment law, WHS legislation and employee relations
- Experience in leading change
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills to balance competing priorities and respond to challenges as they arise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine and passionate about developing our leaders, and making our workplace the best it can be
- A solution focused mindset, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or a related discipline advantageous
