Position Overview

The Manager Business Services will play a crucial role in leading and managing a dedicated team. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of corporate governance, compliance with work health and safety regulations, and the implementation of strategic goals that meet community needs.

In this dynamic role, you will be expected to provide guidance across various functions including human resources, corporate planning and governance, and emergency management, all while taking a lead role as part of the Senior Leadership team to drive innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.

Work condition will be in accordance with Circular Heads Council Enterprise Agreement.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a strong background in management and business services. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Management, Work Health and Safety, Emergency Management, Human Resources, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will earn an attractive salary of $102,000 PLUS super and a range of benefits including:
