We are now thrilled to share an outstanding career opportunity for a Plant Manager to lead the operations of our new bakery in Mandurah, WA.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager - VIC & WA, this key leadership role will play a crucial part in setting up operations, building and developing the team, establishing the ARYZTA culture, and ensuring the successful start-up and ongoing success of the new site.
As the Plant Manager – Mandurah Bakery, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all production activities, team training & development, technical review, process data collection, ensuring quality & food safety standards, and delivering scheduled production KPIs. This exciting role will see you making a real impact in meeting the companywide profitability and customer satisfaction expectations.
