A new opportunity has emerged for a HR Manager to drive HR projects across the corporate business nationally. Reporting to the General Manager – HR, you will be the key point of contact for HR issues at a corporate level while playing a pivotal role in the assessment and improvement of company culture and processes.
Key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to effective HR planning and execution; working with the extended leadership team for the organisation across both a manufacturing and sales environment
- Provide leadership and support to managers in their needs of employment law, contract interpretation, performance management and dispute resolution
- Support the implementation of new HR systems, processes and projects throughout the business as desired by the General Manager - HR
- Provide leadership and support to our managers in their Performance Management systems and the development and promotion of positive work behaviour
- Building strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
This role requires demonstrated organisation, planning, independent judgement and initiative to be successful. Your background will see you with proven generalist HR experience, ideally having worked in a medium-large size commercial organisation. The key to your success will be your ability to influence outcomes at a high level coupled with a strong desire to achieve cultural and process change.
