A new opportunity has emerged for a Payroll Officer to join our team in Greenacre, NSW, reporting to the Payroll Manager. The position is responsible for supporting the processing of Payroll for staff across our NSW and New Zealand sites.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process pays for Primo’s NSW staff
  • Process Premier Beehive (NZ) weekly and monthly pays
  • Process Labour hire invoices
  • Setting up new employees in ADP Payforce and Kronos
  • Preparing and processing the weekly pays for NSW employees and monthly payroll for New Zealand
  • Preparing and processing Labour Hire invoices
  • Responding to staff queries around payroll
  • Maintaining accurate pay level records and leave entitlements
  • Calculate termination & adjustment pays
  • Manage/update HR personnel files

Skills/Competencies:

  • Previous experience with using ADP Payforce and Kronos required
  • Knowledge of Kronos (Ideal but not essential)
  • Attention to detail

  • Approachable manner to provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to step up into national role during annual leave periods
  • Exposer to NZ Payroll.
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Structured and logical methodology

  • Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
