The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the position of Production Supervisor/Team Lead at our brand-new bakery scheduled to launch at the beginning of 2026 in Nambeelup, WA (12km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth).

As the Supervisor/Team Lead, you will support the site Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities on the production line, ensuring operational excellence with a strong focus on meeting high safety, food safety, and quality standards.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a brand-new bakery manufacturing site, where your leadership skills and operational expertise will help shape a high-performing production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of plant machinery and the associated health and safety checks.
• Manage and coordinate the production team, ensuring the line is appropriately resourced, and that staff breaks are given as required.
• Escalate staffing, breakdown, safety, food safety and environmental issues to the appropriate manager, as per the escalation SOP.
• Monitor product quality and communicating issues and making appropriate adjustments when needed.
• Set up and inspect machinery to ensure efficient start-up and smooth operation, responding promptly to any issues.
• Adhere to all Company and local Policies and Procedures and SOPs including Food Safety and Product Quality, including any amendments, or new policies and procedures that may be implemented.
• Ensure OHS standards and procedures are maintained at all times.
• Champion the ARYZTA Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care.

About You:

We are looking for a hands-on natural leader who is pro-active, results driven and thrives for excellence.

To be successful in the role you bring:

• 3+ years of experience working in an FMCG/food manufacturing environment or similar industry.
• Bakery/Food technology qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential.
• Proactivity and sound decision making skills (e.g. taking action or keeping managers up to date and seeking advice and assistance when required).
• Role model food safety and health and safety requirements.
• The ability to understand the interaction between all roles and production requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Superior time management skills.
