About the role:
We are seeking a Learning and Development Partner to join our dynamic team in a pivotal group-wide role within our scaling organisation. This permanent, full-time position is based at our Carseldine office, with occasional travel to our other Rockpool homes in Southeast Queensland.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilise credible sources and conduct needs analyses to develop a comprehensive training calendar for Homes across the Rockpool group
- Design and implement innovative training programs that drive clinical and operational excellence
- Act as a champion of our onboarding programs to ensure an exceptional learning and onboarding experience for new team members
- Develop and oversee the RN Graduate Program, fostering the next generation of nursing professionals
- Collaborate with our homes to manage the student placement program effectively
- Coach and mentor student buddies to enhance the student learning experience
- Provide regular reporting to leadership and support compliance with training matrix requirements

About you:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; post-graduate qualifications in education or a related field are highly desirable
- Proven experience in health care is essential, with a preference for aged care background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about developing and delivering engaging training programs
- Committed to empowering others and fostering professional growth
- Proficient in technology and eager to leverage it in training and development initiatives
