About the role:

Rockpool is currently recruiting for the role of Quality & Compliance Coordinator.  This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis, principally working Monday to Friday.

 

Working under the Chief of Quality and Compliance, and within the broader Quality and Compliance team, this role includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular audits and reviews
  • Continuous improvement in clinical care and service delivery
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to maintain compliance and care standards
  • Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures
  • Identify potential risk to quality and compliance and work with onsite teams to implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

 

Location: Initially located at Carseldine, the role will transition to our new home at Oxley in March 2025.  Travel to our other homes will be required from time to time.

About you:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • A working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
  • An ability to identify initiatives to improve compliance and resident care
  • A mentor who is kind and a good listener
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving key targets and goals
  • Highly developed literacy, data interpretation and computer skills
  • Great time management and prioritising capabilities
