About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning team members
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and order as needed
- Assist in outbreak management and infection control procedures
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle performance management issues as they arise

- Hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example
- Extensive experience in aged care and hospitality
- Strong understanding of outbreak management and infection control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
