Our brand-new 150-bed home at Songbird Oxley is due to open in March 2025, and we are excited to commence recruitment for the pivotal role of Resident Relations Manager, offered as a full-time,12-month fixed-term appointment to support the commissioning phase of our new Home.

About the role:
The Resident Relations Manager is responsible for growing and achieving occupancy targets at Rockpool Songbird Oxley. Working collaboratively with the marketing team, key community stakeholders and prospective residents and their families, the role ensures financial compliance, seamless onboarding, exceptional customer service, and optimal resident satisfaction.

About you:
You are a relationship-driven professional with a talent for connecting with people and building trust. You take pride in providing exceptional service and have a high level of attention to detail, making you a reliable and empathetic support for prospective residents and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A sound working knowledge of the residential aged care environment
- A thorough understanding of fees and charges applicable to residential aged care.
- You are adaptable, flexible, and responsive.
- You are innovative, think outside of the box and work exceptionally well in a team.
- You are warm, engaging and empathetic.
- You prioritise the resident, become a trusted advisor and advocate.
- You have exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You are proficient in using a CRM or admissions software and have a strong working capability in Microsoft applications.
