About the role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, permanent Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our team at the brand-new Oxley Aged Care Home, opening in March 2025.
Reporting to the Chief of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of care and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with aged care quality standards.
- Driving continuous improvement in clinical care and service delivery.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies to align with compliance requirements.
- Identifying risks and working with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- Supporting accreditation and quality processes.

About you:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation.
- Proven ability to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional mentoring and collaboration skills with a team-focused mindset.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in data interpretation and confident with computer systems.
