About the role:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Resident Support Officer (RSO) to join our team at the Oxley Aged Care Home, opening in March 2025. This full-time administrative role will start in February 2025 to support resident admissions and ensure seamless processes during the commissioning phase.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enquiries about room availability and care options.
  • Coordinating pre-admission processes and scheduling meetings with stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate admissions documentation and records.
  • Providing administrative support for admissions and compliance activities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.

About you:

  • Strong administrative experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in aged care or healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with residents, families, and clinical teams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting sales processes
  • Knowledge of aged care funding models (desirable).
