About the role:
Due to a temporary internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for a temporary full-time Clinical Manager (3-month contract) to support our newly commissioning home at Pelican Waters. The candidate will share the passion and drive to create a life-re-imaged for our residents and to re-define the standard and quality of aged care available in Australia.

About you:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Advanced clinical skills relevant to the aged care setting
- A minimum of three years in a similar role
- A solid background and understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
- Exceptional leadership skills, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to play an active and positive role as a leader at Rockpool – love what you do!
