About the role:
We are currently recruiting for the role of Care Coordinator at our commissioning home at Pelican Waters. The candidate will share the passion and drive to create a life-re-imaged for our residents and to re-define the standard and quality of aged care available in Australia.

About you:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Clinical skills relevant to the aged care setting, with at least 2 years experience
- An ability to demonstrate exceptional clinical leadership with great interpersonal skills
- A solid background and understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
- Experience in assessment and care planning
