Your new role

Wintringham is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food Services Driver to join our tight knit Food Services Team on a Full Time Basis ensuring  seamless food transport to other Wintringham facilities. This role will consist of delivering nutritious meals prepared by our talented hospitality team to Wintringham’s Residential Facilities. The role will be operating Monday to Friday with immediate start available.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

• Using a well-established route, ensure meal distribution to all services is accurate and timely
• The delivery and collection of Gastronorm trays and other equipment to and from facilities as directed
• The daily cleaning of all transport material including the cleaning of the food transport vehicle
• The maintenance of adequate fuel levels
• Record keeping including product temperatures at point of delivery and other records as directed by the Hospitality Coordinator

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• A current Food Handlers certificate preferred or a willingness to undertake Food Safety Training.
• A driver’s license
• Good understanding of Food Safety Requirements
• Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
• Adaptability to changes in the environment.
