About the Role:
Our Goondiwindi branch is looking for an established, driven & experienced Service Manager who will manage a team and provide support to our valued customers.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
- Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshop operations.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer base.
- Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
- Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve maintenance & service effectiveness.
Trade qualifications are highly recommended & advantageous but not essential.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role
- Extensive experience in a supervisory or management position ideally within a workshop environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
- Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication (verbal and written) and motivational skills.
- Financial management including managing budgets.
- Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing needs.
- Strong computer skills
