About the Role:

We have an opening for an experienced Training Administrator to join our team. 

This individual is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day training operations by providing administrative and clerical support, as well as fulfilling a wide range of general administration duties.

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the Learning Management System ‘LMS’ ensuring course creation, course allocations and enrolments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the company’s aftermarket onboarding program ensuring training is allocated and manuals are up to date.
  • Assist with assigning new models’ qualification training.
  • Assist the Apprentice Program Manager with administrative support.
  • Maintain all training records and relevant training information including updating skills registers and compliance related reports.
  • Assist training team with additional administrative support including report writing, compliance excel reporting and presentation creation and development.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including team meetings, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular Performance Reviews and undertake all training/development as recommended.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Experience in Learning Management Systems (preferred).
  • Strong organisational & time management skills.
  • The ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
