About the Facility
Annie Bryson McKeown Aged Care is a fully accredited residential aged care home providing a warm, homely environment for older people in a friendly community setting. The 38‑bed home offers comfortable rooms, shared lounges and personalised support that promotes dignity, independence and social connection.
We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our aged care team at Annie Bryson, in a (full‑time) capacity.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to help lead and inspire our clinical and care teams in delivering the very best for our residents.
As our new Clinical Nurse Manager at Gwen Hardie Roshana Care, you’ll be a key leader working alongside the Facility Manager to guide and support a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, care workers, lifestyle team members and allied health professionals. You will help shape care delivery that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of the Aged Care Quality Standards and ensures a home-like, respectful, and person-centred environment for every resident. You also have the support of senior clinical and quality advisors to guide you in your leadership journey.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Leading the coordination and supervision of clinical and care services with a focus on high performance, compassion, and quality.
- Championing best practice in resident care while ensuring all services are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Management of the clinical assessment process to ensure that individualised care plans are developed and regularly evaluated to reflect residents’ current care needs.
- Driving clinical documentation excellence, including AN-ACC assessments, to optimise funding and support outstanding care.
- Coaching and mentoring your team, ensuring they’re educated, confident, and capable in delivering holistic, person-focused care.
- Managing incidents and feedback with professionalism and empathy, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
- Planning and maintaining appropriate staffing levels and skill mix to meet changing resident needs.
- Collaborating across teams and disciplines to foster a vibrant, values-driven culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role in residential aged care.
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC funding model
- An empathetic, proactive and collaborative communication style
- Proven ability to build trust with residents, families, and staff — and lead with integrity.
- Confidence in managing people, processes, and change in a fast-paced, person-centred environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, influence and lead effective teams.
